Grupo Editorial Espacios GEES 2021 is an anonymous company incorporated under the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

Its objectives are: (a) To carry out activities typical of a digital or traditional publishing house for the production of articles, journals, manuals, books or any type of text; (b) Market online, or by other digital or traditional means, Journals, manuals, books or any type of text; (c) Internationally represent brands, companies or businesses under any form of legal Mercantile Society.
Additionally, you can carry out any other commercial, industrial or civil activity and enter into any kind of contract that contributes to the growth and development of the publishing house.

The company is domiciled in the city of Caracas, Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

The Resident Agent of the company is LEGALYS S.C. with offices in Venezuela and Panama.

The Grupo Editorial Espacios GEES 2021 C.A. is registered under Number 13, Volume 1-A in the Mercantile Registry Office VII on January 12, 2021.
